We have that. <\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zero-touch enrollment streamlines the procurement and enrollment process of corporate owned devices in four steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your company purchases supported devices from a <a href=\"https:\/\/androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com\/resellers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">designated reseller<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reseller sets up your company\u2019s account within the Android zero-touch portal with your purchased devices. The devices are then shipped to your company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You create EMM configurations within the zero-touch portal that will apply to the devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your end users receive their devices, and the automated zero-touch flow ensures automatic enrollment and configuration of the device.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card important\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/important-icon.png\" \/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Important:<\/strong> \n<p>The zero-touch enrollment process requires completion of all steps for successful zero-touch enrollment. If any parts of the process are skipped, device enrollment will fail.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prerequisites:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the list of compatible devices at <a href=\"https:\/\/androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com\/devices#!?DEVICE_FEATURES%3Dzero_touch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Android Enterprise<\/a>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Android devices must run Android 9.0 or later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pixel devices must run Android 7.0 Nougat or later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Devices must be purchased directly from an approved zero-touch reseller. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To find a reseller, see the <a href=\"https:\/\/androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com\/resellers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Android Enterprise Partners Device Resellers page<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your preferred reseller isn\u2019t on the list, you can suggest they <a href=\"https:\/\/www.android.com\/enterprise\/partners\/\">join the Android Enterprise Partners Program<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Devices must support work profiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To deploy Android devices with zero-touch enrollment in the JumpCloud platform, Android EMM must be configured for your enterprise. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/set-up-android-emm\">Set up Android EMM<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Considerations<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organizations can only be linked to a single Android zero-touch account at a time. Multiple admins can access the same account only if the owner admin provides access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before deleting your org from the Android zero-touch account, you should unlink your org from the account. If the zero-touch account is still linked to the org and the org is deleted, the zero-touch account becomes unrecoverable, preventing the ability to link that account to a new org.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuring Zero-Touch Enrollment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have set up Android EMM, you will see an <strong>Android Zero-Touch Enrollment<\/strong> section, which includes a link to launch the Android zero-touch portal. To begin zero-touch enrollment, you will need a zero-touch enrollment token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"create-token\"><strong>To generate a zero-touch enrollment token<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card important\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/important-icon.png\"\/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Important:<\/strong> \n<p>If your data is stored outside of the US, check which login URL you should be using depending on your region. If your organization uses LDAP, RADIUS, or requires firewall allow list configuration, the Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs) will also be region specific. See <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/jumpcloud-data-centers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Data Centers<\/a> for the URLs, FQDNs, and IP addresses.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Device Management<\/strong> &gt; <strong>MDM<\/strong> and select <strong>Google<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <strong>Admin Android Configuration<\/strong>, select an enrollment type click <strong>Create Enrollment Token<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Create Enrollment Token<\/strong> editor, configure the following:<br><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"712\" class=\"wp-image-100770\" style=\"width: 450px\" src=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/create-zte-token.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/create-zte-token.png 650w, https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/create-zte-token-274x300.png 274w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong>: Assign a name to the token so that it is identifiable to you. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Policy<\/strong>: Pre-filled based on the enrollment type selected previously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Token Use<\/strong>: Choose whether the token will be single-use (individual) or multi-use (batch).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Token Expiration<\/strong>: Choose the duration for which the token will be valid. The default is <strong>1 Hour<\/strong>. If <strong>Custom<\/strong>, configure the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Expires in<\/strong>: Enter a value that represents the length of time the enrollment token will be valid, from <strong>1<\/strong> to <strong>10,000<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong>: Select from <strong>Minutes<\/strong>, <strong>Hours<\/strong>, <strong>Days<\/strong>, or <strong>Years<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Use this token for zero-touch enrollment?<\/strong>: Select <strong>Yes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Create Token<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Copy Zero-Touch Data<\/strong>. Alternatively, click <strong>Download Zero-Touch Data<\/strong> to save the data to your device. A success message appears. Continue with the steps below to configure the Android zero-touch portal with your zero-touch enrollment data.<br><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"556\" height=\"204\" class=\"wp-image-99919\" style=\"width: 500px\" src=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/copy-zte-data.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/copy-zte-data.jpg 556w, https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/copy-zte-data-300x110.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To configure zero-touch enrollment in JumpCloud<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under <strong>Android Zero-Touch Enrollment<\/strong>, click <strong>Launch Zero-Touch Portal<\/strong> to open the zero-touch portal embedded in JumpCloud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <strong>Link your zero-touch account to your EMM provider<\/strong>, click <strong>Next.<\/strong><br><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"844\" height=\"818\" class=\"wp-image-97024\" style=\"width: 300px\" src=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/link-zero-touch-account.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/link-zero-touch-account.jpg 844w, https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/link-zero-touch-account-300x291.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/link-zero-touch-account-768x744.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 844px) 100vw, 844px\" \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under<strong> Choose an account<\/strong>, select the Google account associated to your zero-touch portal in order to link to JumpCloud Android EMM. If your account is not available, click <strong>Use another account<\/strong> and enter the account information that was provided to you by your authorized reseller partner. <br><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"544\" height=\"780\" class=\"wp-image-97026\" style=\"width: 300px\" src=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/choose-account.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/choose-account.jpg 544w, https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/choose-account-209x300.jpg 209w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 544px) 100vw, 544px\" \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under<strong> Choose accounts to link<\/strong>, you should see a list of zero-touch accounts. Select the account you want to link to JumpCloud Android EMM and click <strong>Link<\/strong>. For example, &#8220;Sales team&#8221; or &#8220;Temporary employees&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EMM DPC<\/strong> (device policy controller): Select <strong>Android Device Policy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DPC extras:<\/strong> Set your organization&#8217;s EMM policy data that&#8217;s passed to the DPC. Paste Zero-Touch Enrollment Data you generated and copied from the Admin Portal above.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The configuration will force enroll the device(s) into a specific management mode (the enrollment type you configured earlier).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DPC extras are not customizable at this time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DPC extras pasted from the JumpCloud Admin Portal contain a unique enrollment token with an expiration date set by you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Company name<\/strong>: Enter the name of your organization. This company name is displayed to end users during device provisioning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support email address<\/strong>: Enter an email address that users can contact to get help, such as your internal support email address. This email address is shown to users before device provisioning. Users can&#8217;t click the email address to send a message, so choose a short email address they can easily enter on another device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support phone number<\/strong>: Enter a phone number users can call from another device to get help, such as the phone number of your IT support team. This number is shown to users before device provisioning. Use the plus sign, hyphens, and parentheses to format the telephone number into a pattern that users recognize.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Optional) <strong>Custom message<\/strong>: Enter 1\u20132 sentences to help users contact support or give them more details about what\u2019s happening to their device. This message is shown before the device is provisioned.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Optional) In the <strong>Default configuration<\/strong> section, select the configuration you just added and click <strong>Apply<\/strong>. This default configuration will be applied to any new devices added to your account by your reseller.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing Device Configurations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applying a Configuration to a Single Device<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you apply a configuration to a device, the device automatically provisions itself on first boot or next factory reset. You will not be able to re-enroll the device without contacting your reseller.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applying a Configuration to Multiple Devices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply a configuration to many devices at once, you can upload a CSV file that lists the configuration ID and hardware identifiers for each device. First, download the CSV template from the zero-touch portal to get started. For details, see <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/work\/android\/answer\/7514005#csv\">Device configuration CSV file format<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card note\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/note-icon.png\" \/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Note:<\/strong> \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The CSV file has a size limit of 50 MB. If your file is larger, you will need to split the file into multiple uploads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A dual-SIM device includes 2 modems and has 2 IMEI or MEID numbers. To provision a dual-SIM device, use the first hardware ID. Zero-touch enrollment identifies devices by modem 1.  If you provision a dual-SIM device using another IMEI or MEID number, the portal shows a new, separate device that zero-touch enrollment doesn&#8217;t recognize or provision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To download a template and upload a completed CSV file<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/partner.android.com\/zerotouch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zero-touch portal<\/a>, click the <strong>Devices<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next to <strong>Devices<\/strong>, click the three dots. You also receive an email summary. In the email, click <strong>See details<\/strong> to open the status page. Any device that was not assigned to a configuration is listed with a reason for the error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editing a Configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card important\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/important-icon.png\" \/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Important:<\/strong> \n<p>To reapply a configuration to a device, the device will need to be factory reset. New devices will automatically provision on the first boot.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To edit a configuration<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/partner.android.com\/zerotouch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zero-touch portal<\/a>, click the <strong>Configurations<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the configuration you want to edit. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you are finished with your desired edits, click <strong>ADD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deleting a Configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To delete a configuration, the configuration must be removed from all devices where it has been assigned. You will not be able to delete the configuration profile until you have removed the profile assignment from the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To delete a configuration<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/partner.android.com\/zerotouch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zero-touch portal<\/a>, click the <strong>Devices<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find a device where the configuration is applied. Under <strong>Configuration<\/strong>, select <strong>No config<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Update this device?<\/strong>, select <strong>UPDATE<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat the previous steps for each device where the configuration is applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the configuration is no longer assigned to any devices:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the Zero-Touch Portal, click the <strong>Configurations<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>EDIT<\/strong> next to the configuration you want to delete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within the configuration pane, select <strong>DELETE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing Devices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deregistering a Device<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card warning\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/warning-icon.png\" \/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Warning:<\/strong> \n<p>This is an atypical workflow. You will not be able to re-enroll devices after deregistration without contacting your reseller. Proceed with caution.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To transfer ownership of a device, you need to deregister the device in the zero-touch enrollment portal. To register a device into zero-touch enrollment again after you deregister it, you must contact your reseller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To deregister a device<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/partner.android.com\/zerotouch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zero-touch portal<\/a>, click the <strong>Devices<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the device you want to deregister using its IMEI or serial number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Deregister<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Deregister<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temporarily Excluding a Device from Zero-Touch Enrollment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To prevent a device from enrolling automatically on startup, remove the zero-touch configuration in the zero-touch portal. This might be desirable if you want to keep a device separate for testing, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To exclude a device<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/partner.android.com\/zerotouch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zero-touch portal<\/a>, click the <strong>Devices<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the device you want to deregister using its IMEI or serial number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under <strong>Configuration<\/strong>, select<strong> No config<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enrolling Devices (End Users)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your device is pre-registered for zero-touch enrollment by your IT Admin. When you first turn on the device, follow the on-screen instructions to set it up.
